✅ Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of your course enrollment and payment.
  • The request must be made before accessing a major portion of the course content or participating in a live session.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refund requests made after 48 hours from the time of purchase.
  • If substantial course material has already been accessed or downloaded.
  • Courses purchased under promotional discounts or offers.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method upon approval.

  • Cancellations after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a course reschedule or credit (subject to availability and discretion).

❗ Course Cancellation by ChessEasy:

  • In the rare event that ChessEasy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will be given the option to:
    • Receive a full refund, or
    • Transfer to another course of equal value
