Frequently Asked Questions
Are classes live or recorded?
All classes are live and interactive via Google Meet. Recordings are shared within 2 hours after each session so you never miss anything.
What if I miss a class?
You'll receive the recording and class notes. You can also request a makeup session in another batch running the same week, subject to availability.
How are students grouped?
Students are grouped by FIDE/USCF rating and age. We keep batches small (2–6 students) to ensure individual attention. You'll never be placed in a group above or below your level.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every new student gets one free 60-minute trial class with no obligation. We assess your level, demonstrate our teaching style, and recommend the right plan for you.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — we pro-rate the difference. Most students start with Beginner and naturally progress to Intermediate within 3–6 months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), net banking, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), and international transfers via Wise.
Is there a family discount?
Yes! If you enroll 2 or more siblings, each student gets 10% off. Contact us for custom family packages.
How do I track my child's progress?
Every student receives a monthly progress report covering attendance, tactical puzzle rating, syllabus completion %, game analysis highlights, and personalized coach notes. Parents get a copy via WhatsApp and email.
